Both are incorporated in the Commonwealth of Virginia and are registered with the Departments of Defense, Veterans Affairs and the Small Business Administration.
SCI provides professional management consulting services and Electronic Commerce services to Agencies of the Federal Government, US Department of Defense, and commercial clients in the areas of Program Management, Information Technology, Telecommunications Infrastructure, Data Transmission circuits and Internet capability as well as Organizational and Business Improvement.
